Lef1 and Mybl2 are up-regulated in colonic CD4+ T cells during colitis. Levels of master regulator transcripts were analysed by qRT-PCR. (A) Lef1 (B) Dnmt1 (C) Mybl2 (D) Jup and (E) Foxo3. The levels of Gapdh transcripts were used as a housekeeping. Data were obtained from 3–4 mice per group. Each symbol represents data obtained from an individual mouse. N = 3–4, mean ± SEM are indicated. *, p < 0.05 by student’s t-test.
