Effect of cell death inhibitors on cytotoxicity. (A) The DEP-induced cytotoxicity at 4 and 33 °C was evaluated at 6 h after exposure to DEPs in the indicated concentrations. (B) The inhibitory effect of the cell death inhibitors on the viability of LECs. The cells were exposed to 100 μg/mL of DEPs in the presence of a series of inhibitors for 6 h. (C) IL-18 concentration in the supernatant was measured after the cells were incubated with 100 and 600 μg/mL of DEPs for 6 h.
