From: MiR-1976/NCAPH/P65 axis inhibits the malignant phenotypes of lung adenocarcinoma

A diagram shows that MiR-1976 suppresses LUAD via NCAPH/ NF-κB pathway. MiR-1976, which can bind to the NCAPH-3 'UTR terminal, is reduced in LUAD cells, resulting in increased NCAPH mRNA and protein expression in lung cancer. NCAPH overexpression stimulates p65 phosphorylation, which activates the NF-pathway and promotes the development of malignant features in LUAD cells (proliferation, migration, and anti-apoptosis).
