Representative mass spectra of M. abscessus. Red, green, and blue spectra are M. abscessus subsp. abscessus (ATCC 19977T), M. abscessus subsp. bolletii (JCM 15297T) and M. abscessus subsp. massiliense (JCM 15300T), respectively. Mass spectra and observed proteins from m/z 4000 to 12,000 were merged. The peaks marked with asterisks indicate the assigned peaks based on calculated masses within the tolerance at 500 ppm.
