ABR, auditory brainstem response; KM, kanamycin; FS, furosemide, Normal group: no ototoxic insults or surgical procedures were done, KM-FS group: left ears were exposed to KM-FS ototoxicity and DMSO topical application onto the RWM, KM-FS + TGF-βRI group: left ears were exposed to KM-FS ototoxicity and TGF-βRI topical application onto the RWM.
