Time-dependent plasma concentrations of CocH5-Fc(M6) in rats (n = 3 per group) received i.v. administration of 0.075 of CocH5-Fc(M6) after it was stored at various temperatures (− 80 °C, − 20 °C, 4 °C, and 25 °C) for ~ 18 months. The data are shown as Mean ± SEM. The PK data at the same dose of 0.075 mg/kg for the initially received CocH5-Fc(M6) sample (the day 0 reference shown in Fig. 4) is also included in this figure for comparison. There was no significant difference in the normalized enzyme concentrations between any of these CocH5-Fc(M6) protein samples after ~ 18 months and the initially received CocH5-Fc(M6) protein sample according to the one-way ANOVA (p = 0.9992 for − 80 °C, p = 0.6025 for − 20 °C, p = 0.7503 for 4 °C, and p = 0.9998 for 25 °C).
