A volume map of a predominantly struvite stone. The area corresponds to the region marked in Fig. 7b. Raman volume imaging was conducted with a nominal resolution of 1 µm3 voxels. Struvite and apatite are represented by green and magenta, respectively, with higher saturation indicating a closer fit by least squares. Sides of the image are 250 µm long and depth is ≈ 13.3 µm for 20 µm of stage movement and the refractive index of struvite (≈ 1.5).
