The effects of BNAG1, BNAG2 and NAG on primary mouse peritoneal macrophages determined by the WST-1 assay. Concentrations up to 1 mM were tested for each drug. No drugs were added to the non-treatment group (NT). There were eight repeats in each group (n = 8). *P < 0.05 vs LPS group. The experiment was duplicated.
