Plasma p62 concentrations were elevated in patients with Charcot–Marie–Tooth disease 1A patients. (A) Plasma p62 concentrations measured by ELISA in Charcot–Marie–Tooth disease (CMT) 1A patients and healthy controls (HC) (*** = p < 0.001). (B) Plasma p62 concentrations was not correlated with age in HC. (C) Receive operator characteristic (ROC) curve for prediction of CMT1A from HC based on the plasma p62 levels measured by ELISA. Area under the ROC curve was 0.676. (D) Sensitivity and specificity were assessed to determine the range of cut-off for detecting CMT1A patients.
