ALSFRS-R Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis Functional Rating Scale-Revised, FVC Forced Vital Capacity, McGill-QoL McGill Quality of Life Questionnaire, MRC Medical Research Council, FSS Fatigue Severity Scale. The size of the nodes is proportional to the number of participants assigned to the intervention and the thickness of the lines is proportional to the number of randomized trials that studied the respective direct comparison.
