The left PCA and right PCA samples were distinguished in in four subgroups with respect to their nerve condition without (nPCA) and with cryo-damage (cdPCA), as well as regarding the electrode position near the electrode (el++) (dark blue) and far from the electrode (el+) (light blue). Four slides with four H&E stained PCA sections for each sheep exist, which were captured and segmented with IMFSegNet. The values of each slide were aggregated by averaging to one data point.
