CtD structural “hand fan” approach: schematic representation of bioguided fractionation of DCM p-toluensulfonic acid modified extract of Ambrosia tenuifolia to isolate and identify the main compounds responsible for the anti-glioblastoma activity. IC50 values were evaluated in T98G (GBM cells). All fractions and compounds were evaluated to follow the proposed convergent biofractionation scheme; for interpretation purposes only IC50 < 100 µM are showed.
