Dose–response curve of crude extract from Ambrosia tenuifolia (ATG) or dichloromethane extract (ATD) in T98G cells. Cultures were treated with ATG or ATD in a range of concentrations (1.25, 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 20, 40, 80, and 160 µg/mL) for 24 h and cell viability was analyzed by MTT assay. Half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) calculated using GraphPad Prism software revealed a value of the same order of magnitude (10.84 and 7.88 µg/ml for ATG (left graph) and ATD (right graph), respectively).
