(b) Comparison of IL10 gene expression levels by clinical spectrum in the ACS group. Patients were stratified according to clinical presentation. Data was analyzed by the comparative 2−ΔΔCq method and are presented as fold-change. Data was analyzed by Kruskal–Wallis test and adjusted p-value obtained from Dunn’s post-hoc test.
