Histopathological observation of liver tissue from control mice group (A), Cisplatin group (B), and IMA group (100 mg/kg) (C) stained with Hematoxylin and Eosin dyes. Orange square boxes show central veins, portal, and sub-lobular veins (A, B and C). Blue arrows show erythrocytes and the blue box shows granular cytoplasm. The same size, and shape of cells and endothelial cells were observed. No distinction of cellular structures was observed. A fluorescence light microscope was used to analyze the results with 10× , 40× , and 100× magnification.
