Histopathological observation of spleen tissue from control mice group (A), Cisplatin group (B) and IMA group (100 mg/kg) (C) stained with Hematoxylin and Eosin dyes. Red box is white pulp with red pulp in the middle. Yellow box shows vein with erythrocytes. Blue arrows show a brown pigmentation which is hemosiderin. A fluorescence light microscope was used to analyze the results with 10× , 40× and 100× magnification.
