Raw counts of Nitzschia frigida cells per mL are displayed in the top panels, and the relative abundance (%) of taxonomic groups are shown in the lower panels. Nitzschia spp. includes all Nitzschia species identified with the exception of Nitzschia frigida. Rare Taxa includes: Hantzchia spp., Diploneis littoralis, Stenoneis inconspicua, Pinnularia quadratarea, Plagiotropis spp. Manguinea rigida, Tropidoneis spp.
