ME calculated based on ordered logistic regressions with attitude as dependent variable measured in terms of a five-point Likert scale, ranging from category 1: “Strongly disagree” to 5: “Strongly agree”. Two different models were estimated, one with the ABC model factor score and one with a direct response to the attitude question as dependent variable. *, **, and *** indicate significance at the 5%, 1%, and 0.1% level, respectively.
