  1. Model 1: we did not adjust any confounding factors.
  2. Model 2: we adjusted age, gender, comorbidities, smoking status.
  3. Model 3: we adjusted age, gender, comorbidities, smoking status, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, respiratory support.
  4. Model 4: we adjusted for model 3 plus systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, pulse, temperature, WBC, lymphocyte, C-reactive protein, time from symptom onset to severe status.
