(A) ELISA was performed to detect the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines, including TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-8, and IFN-γ, in the serum of mice in each group. (B) Western blot was performed to measure the expression levels of pyroptosis-associated proteins, including NLRP3, GSDMD-N, and cleaved-caspase-1, in AD model mice.
