From: Classification of osteoarthritic and healthy cartilage using deep learning with Raman spectra
Our multi-channel CNN architecture takes in an 8-channel input, comprising of a mix of raw Raman spectra and those processed with different baseline correction methods. These are passed through a 1-dimensional Residual network for the classification of OA vs Healthy.
