Construction of the PPI network and selection of hub genes. (A) Excluding 60 DEGs due to a lack of interaction, the preliminary PPI network was constructed using the remaining 57 DEGs. (B–D) Within the CytoHubba plug-in of Cytoscape, three distinct algorithms were utilized to select the top 30 DEGs. Panels (B–D) represent the application of betweenness, closeness, and degree algorithms, with darker colors indicating greater significance. (E) Through the intersection of genes identified by all three algorithms, a total of 23 DEGs were chosen.
