The schematic workflow of the research starts with the Colon cancer microarray gene expression dataset extracted from RNA microarrays. Then, feature extraction is performed on the microarray gene expression dataset using STFT, LASSO and EHO techniques. Further, Colon cancer classification is performed using machine learning and metaheuristic-integrated machine learning classifiers.
