Discriminant Analysis of Principal Components of the Botryosphaeria dothidea (A) and Neofusicoccum parvum (B) populations. Populations were distinguished according to their geographical origin (SW South-West, SE South-East), tissue (H Husk, T Twig) and symptoms (A Asymptomatic, S Symptomatic). The SW_HA and SE_TA populations of B. dothidea and the SE_HA and SE_TA populations of N. parvum were not represented because they were represented by only one individual.
