The therapeutic effects of Astragaloside IV on oxidative stress and mitochondrial calcium overload after CIRI. The related protein levels of mitochondrial calcium overload (A) and oxidative stress (B) were determined by Western blot. Representative blots and bar graphs from four groups were shown. Images were cropped, and full-length blots are presented in Supplementary Fig. 4. The data are represented as the mean ± SEM. **P<0.01, MCAO group vs. MCAO+Astragaloside IV group, ns means no statistical significance between the two groups, n = 8. The error bars represent the SEM. Statistical analysis was performed using an unpaired, two-tailed Student’s t-test.
