Astragaloside IV protected PC12 cells against apoptosis by inhibiting the p-GRK2 signaling pathway in vitro. The related protein levels of p-GRK2 signaling pathway (A) and apoptosis (B) were determined by Western blot. Representative blots and bar graphs from four groups were shown.
