Diagrammatic representation illustrates the expression levels of miRNAs (A) miR-205-5p, and (B) miR-124-3p in the serum of breast cancer patients at different stages (early 0, I, II; n = 26 and late III, IV; n = 49) and healthy controls (n = 20). The qRT-PCR evaluated the expression levels of miRNAs. The presented data are depicted as the fold-change relative to the mean of healthy controls, following normalization to the expression of SNORD61.
