Corticosterone secretion from NR5A1-ADSCs was increased by culture in collagen and laminin-coated dish. (A) ADSCs were inoculated with adeno-NR5A1, cultured overnight, plated in type IV collagen, laminin, or type IV collagen and laminin-coated plate, and cultured for 6 days. (B) The culture medium was collected, and the corticosterone and testosterone levels were measured using ELISA. Statistical analysis was performed using a one-way ANOVA (*p < 0.05, ns; not significant).
