The red curve represents the number of orthogroups only present in a subset of n genomes, from 1 to 70. Around 50% of the orthogroups are conserved in all genomes. The blue curve indicates the number of shared orthologs when comparing 2 to 70 genomes, hence representing the core genome. The green curve indicates the total number of orthogroups with the increasing number of genomes. (b) Pam clustering built based on Euclidean distances out of orthogroups presence/absence.
