  1. The extraction recoveries of DIP, HBB and AMP from urine were examined by comparing the mean peak area of triplicates of four unextracted samples of drugs (LLOQ, LQC, MQC and HQC) to peak areas of the same concentrations with prepared spiked urine (14.00, 45.00, 55.00 and 60.00 µg/mL) for DIP and (2.50, 7.50, 25.00 and 50.00 µg/mL) for HBB and AMP.
