Quantitative real-time PCR analysis of Relative expression level of FLS, GT1, ANS (color biosynthetic gene) during flower development (S1 and S2) of two Accession numbers (Acc.26 and ACC.1) in R. damascena. Relative expression was calculated based on the threshold cycle (CT) method after normalization to the beta-actin gene. Bud stage (S1) was selected as a reference for white (Acc.26) and Hot pink (ACC.1) petals. Vertical bars represent standard deviations (n = 3).
