  1. There was a significant EOS/AOS-by-antipsychotic use interaction on caudate (p = 0.004) which we followed up with simple main effect analysis. Significant associations (p < 0.05) are shown in bold. For the simple main effects, statistical significance was accepted at the Bonferroni-adjusted alpha level of 0.0125. EOS: early-onset schizophrenia, AOS: adult-onset schizophrenia AP+: currently on antipsychotics, AP-: currently not on antipsychotics.
