CK14 and p63 positive cells on a fibrin surface after 7 day culture for bioprinted samples as well as for manual method. High percentage of CK14 + and p63 + was noted in all groups. Images from immunostaining show mostly areas partially covered by cell to illustrate morphological differences of expanding epithelia. Differentiated (CK14- and p63-) cells are more abundant on the edges of samples produced by drop method. Scalebar = 100 µm.
