Effect of blank bilosomes, rutin-loaded bilosomes (F2) and free rutin on oxidative stress and AKT/PI3K pathway in renal tissue. All the values are expressed as means ± standard deviation of the means (SD). Different groups comparisons were carried out using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Fisher’s LSD test. Same letter means non-significant difference, while different letter means significant difference at p < 0.05.
