  1. We collected data from the CDC Wide-ranging Online Data for Epidemiologic Research (WONDER) portal and analyzed the rates of CKM related premature aaCVM (2010–2019). We further grouped counties based on their SDI into four groups and fit pair-wise comparisons between these groups to compare the CKM related premature aaCVM rates. In this table, we present the CKM related aaCVM rates for each SDI group and three US states with the highest and lowest CKM related age adjusted cardiovascular mortality rates (per 100 000 residents) in the US.
