SNI leads to transcriptomic activation of Rest and repression of opioid receptor and cannabinoid CB1 receptor genes in the injured DRG of wild-type mice. mRNA samples from the L3/L4 DRG tissues of 3 individual male mice were examined by RNA-Seq analyses.
