YTHDF1 mediated the degradation of VDAC3 mRNA by m6A modification. qPCR was performed to measure the expression of different m6A readers in BMSCs following transfection of pcDNA3.1 and their respective overexpressing plasmids. (B) The expression of VDAC3 in BMSCs transfected with pcDNA3.1 or different overexpressing plasmids was measured by qPCR. (C) The luciferase activity of VDAC3-wt and VDAC3-mut in 293T cells transfected with pcDNA3.1 or pcDNA3.1-YTHDF1 was measured by dual luciferase report. (D) qPCR was performed to evaluate VDAC3 expression in BMSCs following treatment with 5 µg/mL actinomycin D for 1, 4, 8 and 12 h.
