Cytotoxicity of lemmokaramine (1) in three different cancer cell models. Cell viability of HT29, HCT116 and SW480 cells was measured after 72 h treatment with 1 via CellTiter Blue viability assay. Values given are the mean ± standard deviation of triplicates of one representative experiment out of three. IC50 values (µM) in the different cell models are given in brackets as mean ± standard deviation of three independent experiments.
