Antigen-specific T cell responses induced by vaccination. Lung (a) and spleen (b) cells were harvested from the immunized mice 2 weeks post-boost immunization. CFSE-labeled cells were stimulated with 10 µg/ml sPR8 for 5 days and T cell proliferation was determined by flow cytometry. Means ± standard error are shown with individual dots. One-way ANOVA and Tukey’s multiple comparison test were performed for statistical analysis. *p < 0.0332; **p < 0.0021; ***p < 0.0002; ****p < 0.0001 compared between the indicated groups.
