L02 cells undergo ferroptosis upon SA expose. MTT assay (A) and LDH assay evaluated L02 cell viability after SA stimulation. The levels of MDA (C), cysteine (D), GSH (E) and Fe2+ content (F) in L02 cells were measured. Intracellular ROS was assessed by DCFH-DA probe, and intracellular lipid peroxidation was assessed by BODIPY 581/591 C11 dye (G).
