Dashed horizontal lines indicate cluster breakage in scaffolded genomes. Lineage-specific duplications include paralog groups Hox6-8 and Hox9-13. Cross indicate a break that resulted from gaps in un-scaffolded draft genome. The cladogram on the left summarises the relationships between species.
