(f) Median methylation frequency of one CpG site for SP1 binding motif (+ 108 ~ + 113 bp) and two CpG sites for IRF1 binding motif (+ 116 ~ + 133 bp) in the MYD88 5’UTR in A2780 EOC cells far exceeds that in OVAR3 cells (P < 0.01).
