Effect of IL-6R McAb blockade on SP1, IRF1, and MYD88 expression in EOC cells (ac) IL-6R McAb significantly down-regulated the mRNA expression of SP1, IRF1 and MYD88 by m5’CpGlow OVCAR3 EOC cells in a time and concentration-dependent manner.
