(a) Median frequency of CpG methylation of MYD88 proximal promoter/5’UTR (-244 ~ + 167 bp) in 28 normal ovarian tissue samples was significantly higher than that in 75 EOC tissue samples. (b) MYD88 mRNA expression and median frequency of CpG methylation in the MYD88 proximal promoter /5’UTR was significantly negatively correlated in 75 EOC tissue samples (R2 = 0.438, P < 0.001). (c) MYD88 mRNA expression was positively associated with IL-6 mRNA expression in 75 EOC tissue samples (R2 = 0.522, P < 0.001).
