IAAO activity (μg IAA·g -1 DM·h-1) of petunias subjected to MS depending on stress intensity duration (analyzed separately). 15 plants in each block from each treatment were measured. The letters represent the statistical differences (α ≤ 0.05) between the treatments; means labeled with the same letter do not differ significantly (P = 0.05); a represents the highest value. Data and standard error bars are representative of three independent replications, where each replication is an average from each season (2020, 2021, 2022). Across all seasons, the data trends were consistent.
