The molecular function of lnc-CHAF1B-2 was explored in HGC-27 and AGS cells. (A) Examination of lnc-CHAF1B-2 expression in five human gastric cancer cell lines via RT‒qPCR. The abundance of lnc-CHAF1B-2 was relatively high in AGS cells and relatively low in HGC-27 cells. (B) lnc-CHAF1B-2 inhibitory gastric cancer cell lines were established in AGS cells using siRNA1. (C) The lnc-CHAF1B-2-overexpressing gastric cancer cell line was established in HGC-27 cells using lentiviral transduction.
