From: Dysregulation of MiRNAs in schizophrenia in an Egyptian patient population
The expression profiles of various miRNAs (miR-195-5p, miR-137-3p, miR-103a, miR-432-5p, miR-34a-5p, miR-130b-3p, and miR-346) in schizophrenia (SCZ) patients compared to controls. Significant differences in expression levels are observed for miR-195-5p, miR-137-3p, miR-346, and miR-103a, as indicated by their respective p-values. Each box plot illustrates the range of cycle threshold (CT) values for miRNAs, with outliers marked for specific cases. These findings highlight miRNA dysregulation in schizophrenia, suggesting their potential role in disease pathology.
