Fecal egg count reductions (FECR) with credible intervals (CrIs) for Nematodirus spp. The FECR test was conducted with fenbendazole (FBZ) and eprinomectin (EPR). The CrIs were calculated using either eggCounts (EC) or bayescount (BC). Since bayescount does not calculate an estimate of the FECR, the value was calculated from mean egg counts pre- and post-treatment. Interpretation of the results was based on the revised guideline (RGL) for the FECR test21 with 90% CrIs shown, or on the original guideline (OGL)20 with 95% CrIs shown. Colors indicate the status assigned to the strongyle communities: green susceptible; red, resistance. od version B was used to assign a status to the community30,33.
