Schematic summary of the proposed mechanism and function of taletrectinib in colorectal carcinoma. Taletrectinib inhibited the phosphorylation of AKT and mTOR by targeting SRC, induced caspase-3 activation, which contributed to GSDME-dependent pyroptosis, ultimately leading to CRC cells death.
