From: Characteristics of vicarious touch reports in a general population

Location of reported sensations across different hedonic categories. Each body plot represents vicarious touch responses to 10 videos per hedonic category: neutral, pleasant, unpleasant, and painful. Note that all videos depict a right hand touching a left hand. The response options were: Left hand, Right hand, another body part (describe), A general feeling (describe), Other (describe). The body regions where sensations were felt are represented by purple circles. The size of these circles reflects the relative number of trials in which a sensation was reported in that region. For the hands, the larger, lighter circles show the responses for each hand separately with the darker blue circles showing responses of ‘both hands’.
